Na, wenn das nicht mal eine gute Nachricht ist. Für das iPhone wird es von TomTom endlich Navigation Application geben. Eben bin ich auf der TomTom Homepage gewesen, weil ich nachschauen wollte, ob es vielleicht eine neue Firmware für mein inzwischen in die Tage gekommendes TomTom one gibt und was sehe ich da?
Richtig, in großen Letter prangt es auf der Homepage „TomTom for iPhone“.
TomTom has made navigation available for your iPhone 3G. All you need is:
- the TomTom app including the latest maps
(coming soon to the iTunes App Store) - the TomTom car kit that offers secure docking, enhanced GPS performance, clear voice instructions and hands-free calling, while charging your iPhone at the same time.
Jetzt bin ich nur noch gespannt, was der ganze Spaß dann einmal im iTunes Store kosten wird und wie sich die App so im rauen Alltag schlägt. Aber ich denke, es wurde langsam echt Zeit, dass es eine „richtige“ Navi-Software für das iPhone gibt.
